Fallen off the wagon. Gained 1.9kg in the past 3 weeks. Been eating what I want. Starting to feel real lethargic and heavy. Back on today. 💪
127.7 kg Lost so far: 6 kg.    Still to go: 17.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
