Hard to weigh in daily and not drop a bit, but I am determined to stick it out. I know from past experience I do not drop the first week or so. Once I get past the initial hump I should begin to see a regular 1-2 lb weekly loss - at least that is how it always was into my 40's. Now at 60, Im realizing - things are not the same!

I want new clothes for spring. No bread, pasta, or sweet snack is worth another disappointing new season.
86.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 22.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
