I tend to have dinners late (sometimes as late as 8-8:30 pm) and I tend to go to bed early in the winter months, so Ive decided to do my best to only eat between the hours of 7 am and 6pm.
86.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 22.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
