I had 4 muffins and 2 croassaints yesterday, when I'd learn that my stomach cannot handle that my sugar /food anymore?
I got sick for the rest of the day
54.6 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
