Happy with my first day. Didnt cheat at all, but still getting in the swing of things. I am going to have to invest in a digital scale, this old analog one wont read increments under one pound. Still discovering how to use the site/app, but I'm learning.

Day 1 was a personal success!
86.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 22.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
