... both my boys have been sick and totally forgot to weigh in so ill have to do it tomorrow...
in Physical therapy for my osteoarthritis in my knee, therapist said ive moved to the "end of the line" exercises. However i explained i want to be able to jump again, and we decided to continue therapy. if i had no jumping and such goals i would have been done with PT. I want to box 🥊 again. i want to train in MMA again. I am not done.
I use Samsung health to time my workouts-every time i exercise its longer then my previous session. ive progressed from 8min workouts(just therapy) to 32 mins(therapy and weightlifting)

84.5 kg Lost so far: 13.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

End goals and mini-along-the-way goals have worked great for me. That, and the mirror plus labs from the doctor. I'm happy that you've made a decision to move forward, Dazey!

Just bananas - thank you! Yes my end goal is 125 lbs at 5"2.5 Mini goals are becoming easier to plan! Like "when leg lifts with the medium resistance band is easy, ill go up to the next one" Or "when i get groceries, this time ill skip buying candy" Alot of where im coming from is to build up my self efficacy again!! Avocado- yes! Shout it from the roof tops, im in the process of doing EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprogramming) to heal trauma and ive been really coming out of this hardened shell these past few weeks!! You guys words of wisdom really help!!
