Weight the same! I am losing it-and I don't mean weight!
65.8 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

That's because starvation "diets" are unhealthy and don't work. Try eating something. You're ruining your metabolism.

:/ well you can't expect to lose everyday either so stick it out. idk much about atkins (a protien only diet) you may need to find out what normal cal range is for that. You know what I would rather, but if you are feeling good on this diet, you gotta stick it out to see results. Staying the same weight is way better than gaining right?
