I love seeing the scale move in the right direction! I know that I won't see this big a change most weeks but the first week is always fun. I'm trying to make plans so I can stay on track through the holidays. I will allow myself a cheat day on Thanksgiving & on Christmas. I will allow myself to eat small portions of anything I want but not seconds.
84.2 kg Lost so far: 11.5 kg.    Still to go: 23.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
