Body fat 31%. I’ve made good progress, and I’m plateauing for the moment, but I’m choosing to think of it as a rebuilding phase before the last 12 pounds.
We’ll see where I am at the end of the month, which is my half anniversary at FS. Good luck to everyone on your journey!
