Have only lost 1 pound in 4 days , decided I need to start keeping track of what I'm eating!
103.4 kg Lost so far: 12.4 kg.    Still to go: 28.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Whooo Hooo! A pound is awesome and yes, tracking is eye opening and may help you lose more. But every ounce you lose adds up to big loss in the end. So go you!

Yea! We count it in pounds but actually lose it in oz. This is something to celebrate. Maybe listen to a favorite song, look up some jokes on the internet or even take a 15 minute walk outside and enjoy what ever you see. J
