Day 4. The diet has been easy but having time to exercise is not. I go straight to church from work today to work as a sound tech for several hours. I am going to find time over the weekend. Also I am having lots of pain in my joints due to weather changes. That's okay I am almost 4 pounds closer to my goal than I was 4 days ago.
84.6 kg Lost so far: 11.1 kg.    Still to go: 23.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
