Having medical problems so I missed work part of yesterday and today. Went to the doctor and got some meds. I got a prescription for anxiety medicine. I'm debating picking it up. I want to fight my battles without medical intervention. But my anxiety wad very high at the doctor and shook so much that the nurse had to hold my arm to get my blood pressure. So much going on lately.
52.0 kg Lost so far: 7.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I understand not wanting to take meds. But it sounds like you really should. Anxiety is one of the worst feelings you can have in my opinion. Not sore how much my opinion counts since I am an unmediated bipolar :-). I hope you feel better soon.

There is a lot available online on methods to calm anxiety. Everyone experiences it at some point, some more than others. I know you've been putting off getting on meds for it, wanting to work through things, and I respect that. No one wants to be stuck taking drugs and dealing with their multitude of side effects forever. Though as a positive, anti-anxiety meds reduce blood pressure majorly. I wish you success in solving your problems, and in the short term, finding ways to calm the anxiety when it arises. We can't control what other people do, but we can control how we react to it. Please also consider taking a yoga class, even if just a video offered on Amazon Prime or YouTube.💚
