Wow. Another - ANOTHER - chunk of weight off today. I did not expect this. I lost another 400 grams seemingly out of nowhere. I even did a little late snacking on my last calories of my RDI last night - I usually don't do this.
Anyways, I am at a new low, and feeling amazing. Life is good.
102.8 kg Lost so far: 52.2 kg.    Still to go: 17.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
