Getting rid of that last pound is such a painful process. It’s slow going but I’m getting there. Happy Wednesday my friends.
70.5 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 0.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

To make matters a little more depressing, hubby decided to join me on my journey. He is very competitive in everything he does, even with me. I’m all for him losing weight for his health but he’s at 25 pounds lost now. I guess he won this one too. 🫤 Oh well, at least it’s good for him. 🙂
