Surprisingly I was down a lb. this morning. Calories were higher yesterday but not over the top.

We hadn't been to the Winery for awhile so when I saw one of the performers we like was going to be there on Sunday, I talked Hubby into going. It was a fun afternoon. Instead of ordering a bottle of wine, I tried a flight (a sample of 4 different wines). Then I had a glass of my favorite of the 4. Monica (the singer) started doing some 80's dance tunes inspiring a group of ladies to get up & dance. I did some chair dancing 💃 😊 She had finished her set then did one last song that got an elderly gentleman to join the ladies for one last dance. So fun!!

Hubby suggested we stop to get some Wings to bring home instead of cooking & I thought that was a fabulous idea. We had Wings & Tator Tots. We had actually ordered fries but I wasn't too disappointed when I oped the takeout container & found Tots. Hubby didn't want me to make a salad so I added baby carrots to the mix so we'd have a veggie.

We went to the Gym today. I did my usual....Treadmill, mat exercises/ stretches/ Kettle bell, Weight machines (did some upper & lower body) & bike.

Hubby grilled the Steak I had defrosted yesterday & we had baked potatoes (stopped on the way home for full size potatoes, since I only had baby potatoes) & broccoli, tonight. We opened a bottle of wine 🍷 to have with dinner. I went over on my calories again but I did burn more today. We'll see what tomorrow brings.

It was 80 degrees this afternoon. The forcast is showing we'll have a high of 50 & back to freezing temps on Sunday. I'll need to round up the plants I put back outside & bring them in again. That includes a large potted Mandevilla that I only covered for the last cold snap. They may stay in for good this time. I also need to take down all the Hummingbird feeders & wash them.

Off to bed for me.....😴
