🎉🎉🎉 Cooking for myself and still losing the lbs. yay. I had a week of tuna and mahi mahi en papillote with an eggplant protein pasta. I think the high protein and lower calories helped. I also went for a walk every evening, even on days when I had HIIT or hot yoga in the morning. I’ll go for similar dishes this week and see what happens.
