Ok, I had a kind of "free eating" week and I feel bloated and gained a pound or two. I think I need to really stick to walking at least 3 miles a day if I plan to be eating 1700 calories. The weekend was up and down. Friday night my friend called me to tell me that my bestfriend was mad at me again! I was like, "I have tried to advise her and give her tips to be happier but I cannot keep trying." Come to find out she got mad because I went to a ladies shopping event with my friend/supervisor. I had told my bestie that I was busy Thursday just changed my plan. I guess she felt that I should have chosen her instead. I spent Saturday with my Mom and we had a good day. Then my friend called to warn me that my bestie was even angrier and wanted to do something destructive to my truck. I texted her and said it is best we end the friendship. I had my dad come sit with me in case she pulled something. It was wild. Thankfully she didn't do anything. Then the friend that tipped me off got an ear full from the bestie.

Yesterday I went to church, met some other friends for lunch and tried to turn a new leaf. Hubs said I need to focus on uplifting friends not negative ones. I agree.

So this week going to eat better and walk more. The weather is nice again.
