Today, I recorded a large weight gain. 800 grams. That's fine. On days like these, I will look at my overall progress, and see that it's astonishing. I am truly impressed with myself. I understand now that this is most likely water, and most likely due to the fact that I did not go to the rest room in the morning. So I am fine.
I think it's important when we have days like there that we take a look at last time or two where we gained significantly, and notice what we weighed at that time. I was a good chunk heavier last time. This time I remain under 105 kgs, which was my last huge goal. So I am fine. :)
Life is good.
