I’m the head coach of a high school wrestling team and the first practice of our season is today. I had a goal to start the season at 225 lb. Hats off to this FS community for helping me crush that goal! The poor kids I use for demonstrations of technique on the mat will be grateful for every pound lost from this point on :) Thanks for all the motivation and positive support!!!
100.2 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
