after extra day of vacation. didn't binge eat cheat day like mad. spread it out a little over couple days and had 1 extra day of drinking beers. also learned don't exercise heavy when dehydrated. heart rate sky rocketed.
69.9 kg Lost so far: 34.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
