It seems to me that if this journey towards better health is to become a reality, it’s going to require more than the mere counting of calories, inches and ounces. Every pound lost is going to necessitate gaining a corresponding measure of the qualities and characteristics enduring success will require. Humility, honesty, and patience for example. Can you add a necessary quality of soul to my list? Gratitude perhaps? Certainly courage? Help me make a healthy list of traits on which to focus my attention when it’s not on the scale. Thanks!
