Recovering from a calf strain, but still running (not as fast!). It's ok though, I accomplished my running goal of finishing a 5k in under40 min before the end of the season. I have a solid plan for fitness in the cokd months.... Now only if I had a solid career plan........
78.5 kg Lost so far: 23.1 kg.    Still to go: 22.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.3 kg a Week
