Feeling so good it's coming off. If I can lose 10 lbs. a month I will make my goal by my next birthday. I started this time at 360 lbs.
158.3 kg Lost so far: 10.4 kg.    Still to go: 44.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
