I HATE inflammation! Ugh ridiculous . I am not cheating at all. Grrr. Fasted 20 hours.
Took Lasix and Potassium.
88.5 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 16.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
