Fluid retention, which is concerning, but really horrible food choices aren’t helping. My other life choices aren’t much better, lately. I’m old and tired and I hurt! Ugh!!!
104.8 kg Lost so far: 21.8 kg.    Still to go: 14.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

I hurt all the time and take a 12 hour Ibuprofen twice a day. I couldn't function without it. Hey I am old as dirt but I am still trying ... I know we can lose it. Do you have fluid pills? If not lemon water does wonders.

Sounds like you are having a tuff day! Put on some music and mascara, Then smile cause we're both on the right side of the dirt. Seems like the seasonal change is causing all of us to struggle right now! I don't mean to be flip about you feeling down, but I just read your bio again. This is temporary, YOU'VE GOT THIS!

M2B, I do take Lasix. I have congestive heart failure, so fast weight gain is a bit concerning, but I have been eating like an idiot since my surgery in March . . . weird, constant cravings; especially at night. I do lemon water for kidney stones. LOL! Slyone, I agree. I’ll get back to it. I’m just annoyed that I’ve lost ground. 🙂

I love the support here. We are all going to do this... we just have to find the right formula that fits.

M2B, I have the right formula. 😁 I’m just having trouble following through. Before I found out I was a celiac, I could only lose weight with severe calorie restriction and gained it all back, plus some, every time. Once I figured out the gluten connection, I was able to lose weight with light calorie restriction and healthy, whole foods. I have also had the ability to keep it off. The problem since my surgery, in March, is that I don’t seem to be able to stick to the healthy eating part. I’m hungry all the time, with CRAVINGS! I can do fine all day and lose control in the evenings . . . the worst possible time to eat! I WILL get it under control. Thank you so much for the support! ❤️
