not really losing.. but not really gaining either. been outta the gym for about a month now. aside from gas been damn near 7 bucks a gallon I don't really have a reason why other than life. been feeling run down .. partially my immune system.. partly because I've been outta the gym. got a lot going on with my oldest, you gest has taken up two sports at the same time & my grandma still needs a lot of help. finding it hard to balance things. hopefully once I get my son thru his college apps I can get back to it. for now not making huge gains is the win.
72.1 kg Lost so far: 21.3 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You have a lot on your plate, GF. It's okay for you to just maintain while you catch your breath. I am doing that too. I am run down too. Tired. Too much to do. I'm not ready to move on yet. Sending you a huge hug.

Life really gets crowded sometimes (more often than not). Two things I’ve done before, just to relieve that urge to do something: 1. After getting in bed at night, do a plank, just count, no clock. 2. Just do ten “Lie down-Get ups” on the floor-off the floor. No equipment or special location required except some clear space. Doesn’t sound like much until you try it.
