Lots of brined turkey last night and water, plus tamari almonds so definitely holding water weight after salt. Hoped to enter 330s today but itll happen this week.
154.4 kg Lost so far: 22.6 kg.    Still to go: 34.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
