my mother-in-law was here for 7 days, and i thought i had gained more weight then i did.. We had wine every night and LOADS of food!! We also went on hikes, talked, and went shopping at 3 different antique shops. Usually when i dont track, i spike back up to 188! Happy 185 is my new post-binge weight instead.
84.2 kg Lost so far: 14.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
