Another salty dinner and lots of water retention after working out. Holding steady. Expecting a big drop into the 330s in a day or two, after 1500 yesterday and 1000 today and a chest workout.

Canadian thanksgiving today here in Victoria. Going in on some turkey and holding the gravy and other stuff, little bit of mash for sure. Two turkey dinners one today and one tomorrow, gyms open tomorrow though on the long weekend so not all bad. But ill be taking it easy, temptation rearing its ugly head.
155.6 kg Lost so far: 21.4 kg.    Still to go: 35.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
