Took Lasix and Potassium. I hate this drug, but inflammation will damage your body. I definitely avoid salt and as much sugar as possible. Following a doctors diet with IF. I’m mostly exercise impaired, but I still do yoga, stretching, meditation, and my Cherokee France smoke and prayer ceremony. It’s cardio. Just keep moving anything you can. I add an arm exercise as well. My arms are constantly aching but it’s worth it! I’m looking good and losing my body jig or bat wings! Habe a gorgeous day! I am off to the stable to let my granddaughter ride and I can’t wait I til I can! Love it! 💜🐎🤗🌈

I have been cleared by the Dr to ride. It’s just hard to get a spot at our stable as they stay so busy. I could go to the therapeutic riding stable, but it’s over an hour away. I’d ride there, ride the horse, and have to ride back. I also don’t want to be treated like I can’t help myself. I can ride. I’m positive I can mount and stay on. I’d Lu be walking, but the motion of the horse actually helps back pain when you are walking. Trotting at a post and cantering take a lot of leg strength. Not ready for that….yet!
