🎉🎊 ⚖️ New all time low weight 🎉🎊 I told Hubby this morning & he asked what my goal was. I said, "I don't know....under 140?" He said " Weren't you already there at 139?" So, not sure why I felt happy when the scale went lower...but I did. This does give me some wiggle room...and I'm sure I'll flucuate up again. It only took me a week to get back to pre vacation weight 😁

I was sore as heck when I got up this morning! Especially my arms. I was feeling it in my legs too. I focused on upper body yesterday but did do some mat leg exercises & of course I always do the Treadmill & bike. Tomorrow the focus will be lower body.

I puttered around on the front porch today....swept up leaves that had blown onto it & the spider webs. We have webs everywhere! I moved some yellow potted Mums from the back deck to the porch & rearranged some other decor. I need to get in the attic & get all of my Fall decor down.

More laundry today. Going to the Gym produces extra with towels & workout clothes.

I finally finished the book I've been working on this afternoon...Eternal by Lisa Scottoline. It's about a young woman that lives in Rome during the 2nd World War. The main characters are fictional but she wove real people & events into the storyline. I have another book my sister recommended to read & I haven't started the next book club selection. Eternal was last month's book club choice, but I was away & missed the meeting.

Tomorrow evening is the last First Friday concert in the Park for this year. The Women's Club is doing a barbecue dinner fund raiser & we have tickets. My friend is in the Women's Club.

Well, need to get up to bed. 😴

Thanks Breezy, SK & NavyWife! SK, I haven't adjusted my goal of 144 on here but in my mind I'm happy being under 140. If I get more fit & muscular & that causes me to weigh a little more, I think I could be OK with that. I'm still building my strength & weight levels. I'll continue to do that.

Before lockdown I judged my 'weight' by how my clothes fit. If I had 'wiggle' room before dinner and wasn't too tight after, no worries 😁

Great work!!! It is good to have wiggle room. At the gym my goal with the trainer is 135# so my home personal goal is 130#. So far it is working for me as they weigh me at the gym weekly so it keeps me accountable.
