Maintenance mode. Hubs unexpectedly came in last night and will be home several days. I picked him up before choir then he roamed around a bit before picking me up. Then we went to eat supper. I suggested Cotton Patch again because it was good Monday. Went over my calories again. But my food wheel was balanced at least.

Hubs wants to take the RV out this weekend for the first time since May. Looking forward to going somewhere.

My internal stress is high and I try not to bring my concerns to Hubs. He wants me too but it is a double edge sword. His stress relief is my stressor then when I am stressed it makes him worse. I have remained silent for a while but it is bubbling to the surface.

I would focus on the positive -- yay to heading out in the RV, yay that you've relaxed into choir for music and the company of others while Hubs is gone. If he stresses you out at times, go for a 15 minute walk and let the exercise burn some calories and soothe your senses. 💚

@JustBananas True trying not to fixate on the negative. Gotta find an RV place for the weekend. Work has been busy so I haven't had time to look up sites.

Self-fulfilling prophecies in my world have made me strive to be more positive about my inner thoughts. Look for the good and focus on it. Believe and Be Open to Receive. These 2 reminders are quick thought prompts that help me to turn-off the negative self defeating thoughts when they threaten to invade. Positivity requires TLC sometimes!
