Weigh in was a little earlier this morning, so I'm not too disappointed. I felt like I would be up today. The good news is I stopped eating last night after dinner & never got up from the sofa to get any dessert. I guess feeling too lazy to walk in the kitchen was a good thing 😏

Today I ended the day just over 1600 calories & that included dessert.

I had my last session with my Trainer today. We signed up for 3 months when we joined the Gym. I'd like to sign up again for more sessions. Have to see how it works into the budget. Sammie did a full body workout with me, since it was the last one. I made it thru fine, even though she had me push on some of the weights. I wasn't sure if I might regress since I hadn't worked out for 12 days. It did feel great to be back at the Gym. I was definitely feeling it after I got home! Hubby & I did soak in the Hot Tub after our workouts.

Tomorrow, I need to get all the laundry put away I've been working on since we got home.

Well off to bed....😴
