About half way back to pre vacation weight 😊 My goal is to be @ 139 by my Doctor's appt. on the 10th.

Our plan to get some workouts in during vacation didn't happen. If Hubby & I had gone alone we might have, but there just seemed to be too much going on with all the family.

The girls did do a walk on Saturday morning. We also did some beach walks. The path to the beach from the house ended with a bunch of stairs up, a boardwalk & stairs down. The house we rented had 2 levels so lots of up & down there.

And I definitely got a workout at the wedding. I think I danced most of the songs & I was feeling it in my legs on Sunday!

I did laundry today but otherwise took it easy. I need to get to the grocery store but after a 7 hour drive on Thurs. & the drive to the airport yesterday I was feeling the need for some down time. The plan is to go tomorrow & get what we need.

Our Niece & Nephew in Canada called tonight & we chatted for awhile. She is actually a year older than me. (Hubby was the youngest of his siblings) She has been diagnosed with early onset Alzheimers. When they visited in the Spring I noticed she was having trouble remembering things I told her. For now she is on a medication that she says is helping her tremendously.

Well, need to get up to bed. I've been waking up earlier than usual...need my sleep 😴 💤

Navy, I'm slowly getting back on track. Planning to get all my laundry I've been washing put away today....beach towels, sheets, bath towels (we had to supply our own at the rental house or use a linen service) & clothes. It always seems to take me a few days after vacation or having company to regroup. In this case I had both....daughter here @ our house & a vacation trip.

Glad you are feeling some balance with everything. My sister has to take linens to her beach house every year, too. Vacation is great but I have always said that I need a vacation after my vacation! Lol I know exactly what you’re saying!:)
