One week off with chest infection,over. Back to gym today for 1500 calorie cardio and a chest anaerobic workout.

SIL'S Wedding today so got my pump on early to feel good, brought protein powder to the wedding so I dont get tempted.

Hope everyone has a great weekend, get out and get active.
157.4 kg Lost so far: 19.6 kg.    Still to go: 37.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Went great. Took protein with me to avoid temptation at the party. Chomped on veg and didnt drink. So good for that. The wedding was great though. Lots of fun.
