Still losing. I haven't been able to get myself to add calories and me and my hubby walk 21,000 or more steps a day. My birthday was yesterday so trying to take one day to celebrate and not worry about calories but idk if I can even do that 🙃😅
38.9 kg Lost so far: 14.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Had my bday dinner at Hibachi. I tried not to think so much about the calories but just enjoy with my hubby. I tried to log it on the high side though.
