Ugh the dreaded increase. I had more "regular" food over the weekend with the beef stew, which was marvelous. But Hubs made ambrosia salad which is sky high in fat/sugar. I ate some then took the rest to a church function so I lessened my servings of it. He is back on the road so trying to get back to my "eating like a bird" lifestyle.
52.9 kg Lost so far: 7.0 kg.    Still to go: 0.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
