Did a back workout and 750cals on the eliptical. Ate alot yesterday and somehow got myself sick which is not fun, not covid though after a test. Up all night coughing, feeling like dread. Time for some rest and anti cough/cold treatment.
157.9 kg Lost so far: 19.1 kg.    Still to go: 37.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
