I`m working on maintaining the weight now. Cycling is becoming limited and I have to think of other exercises over the winter. Walking or hooping hurt my ankles. Not sure what to do about the aching bones in my ankles?
66.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 10.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
