We completed the first 3 days of our Sugar Busters Challenge (with my business group locally. 11 of us are doing it together). We are using the USANA "Reset" kit which has three protein shakes, two snack bars, and two packets of nutritional supplement vitamins that you take a day along with one serving of fruit and one serving of vegetable. It is really easy to follow. The hardest part is making sure you eat and drink everything. So Monday I weighted in at 232.4 and today at 229.4 so 3 pounds in three days. I have not, however, done my daily exercising and am the lowest loser in the group. The people who have been diligent about physical activity are reporting better results. Does cleaning the house last night count?
