So I did low carb/keto diet for 2 weeks and actually gained weight!!!!! 🙄 so back to just counting my calories for weight loss. Oh well!
81.7 kg Lost so far: 28.2 kg.    Still to go: 33.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
