got stuck in a binge cycle that I totally lost control of.. then I'm stress smoking on top of that.. and as if that wasnt enough the combination of the stress, poor diet and excess turns into a minor ear/throat infection. 🙄 Lord have mercy. feeling quite a bit better today. decided a bit of a fast was in order (which is an easier decision when your throat hurts) 😏 ..evennthe hubby has vowed to stick to the plan, cuz he realizes that all that crap he brought home was a contributing factor. fortunately most of the weight I put on was superficial, and I'm almost back to where I left off, so.. let's try this again.
106.9 kg Lost so far: 11.0 kg.    Still to go: 43.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
