Dukan Day
No loss today.

Not surprised. Wandered off the reservation last night with chinese take-out. No rice or anything-just moo shu with lettuce wraps. It's the sodium!
66.7 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

thats awesome news! the strength to say no to rice and noodles alone but the no gain is incredible! now flush it out.
