Starting this Journey today , need to loose 20kg at any cost , Quit Alcohol now 2 days and counting , Not 6 packs but a healthy body is my goal
115 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 20 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Difficult day today at a birthday party , everyone is Boozing , drinks are pouring like rain around me , but very determined I had a hot green tea , but drinks are so tempting
