Wow, not sure why my weight is up so high. Hopefully water retention from eating out Friday, Saturday, and Sunday of last week; is something I rarely do. Well, I guess I must get some extra steps done this week. DANG!
83.5 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 10.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
