Gotta use groceries before going away for several weeks? Diligently plan, portion control and record. Pool closed for a month for maintenance? Find another one. Really working hard on maintaining a routine that’s producing results and not sabotaging efforts when something gets disrupted. Back to the mantra: persistent, consistent, resilient 🙏🏻
