I have Covid.🙄🤧😩😷😴🤒 Today is my 4th day. Runny nose, throat hurts, congested, plugged up ears. Tired. A bit better than yesterday.

71.7 kg Lost so far: 32.7 kg. Still to go: 0 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.6 kg a Week
