Down a few ounces...

Had champagne last night-not bad considering what else was on the table:

Rigatoni
Meatballs
Bread
Cheese
Olives
Crackers
Strawberry Shortcake
Chocolate Lava Cake
Ice Cream

I ate salad.
67.2 kg Lost so far: 7.2 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
