Well, this surprised the heck out of me. I was dreading stepping on the scale this morning. A great way to start the day. Happy Wednesday FS friends.
72.2 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 1.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thank you friends. I could do with a few more mornings like that too. I can’t drop weight like I used to pre-menopause. But, I’ll keep at it. I’m hoping to get an outdoor workout in tomorrow morning before we get side-swiped by hurricane Earl. At least we’ll get some much needed rain. Could do without the wind though.
