Haven’t changed the game plan and things still going in the right direction 🙂 Mentally I feel stronger this time around, but every now and again I get flashbacks from a time I was about 100 lbs less and had a super restrictive diet and crazy workout schedule. Reminding myself that I now have the experience to know that’s not what I want to go back to, staying positive and focused on health.
138.8 kg Lost so far: 36.1 kg.    Still to go: 80.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
